Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Leadership, Finance, HR Business Partners and business leaders to align total rewards programs and practices with organizational priorities, workforce needs, retention, and operational objectives.
- Lead payroll operations and related processes to ensure employees are paid accurately, timely, and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies while continuously improving efficiency, controls, and employee experience.
- Create policies and initiatives to ensure compensation, benefits, and payroll programs comply with all legal requirements and organizational guidelines.
- Monitors industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies while leading continuous improvement and modernization initiatives across total rewards, HR systems, and related processes.
- Lead and participate in audits, as required.
- Lead, manage, and mentor Compensation, Benefits and Payroll team members.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's Degree preferred. CCP and/or CBP desired.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible work experience administering Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll, including 5+ years in a supervisory capacity. Relevant experience in a manufacturing organization is highly desirable. International experience is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of the Human Resources functional processes, compliance requirements and business needs of a mid-sized globally dispersed organization. Familiarity with global pay and benefits practices and HR system requirements for UK and Japan a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams. Ability to achieve desired results while working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and communicate professionally and with integrity across all levels of the organization, including HR leadership, employees, and external partners.
