MSLs are not only specialists in Genmab products but also recognized experts in their therapeutic areas, identifying unmet medical needs and co-creating solutions with HCPs. A core mission is to generate and deliver value to both internal and external stakeholders-including not only Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) but also a diverse range of customers-ensuring that medical innovation reaches patients and the broader healthcare ecosystem. MSLs build and enhance professional relationships with KOLs and other external stakeholders. MSLs contribute to the transformation of healthcare, acting as a bridge between scientific advancement and clinical practice. Role & responsibility : Operate under the vision of "leading medical transformation together with healthcare professionals (HCPs) through science," driving project-based initiatives with clear goals and timelines. Lead collaborative projects with HCPs to address unmet medical needs and co-create innovative solutions, advancing medical innovation in both academic and community settings. Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and a diverse range of external stakeholders, building trust-based relationships to expand the impact of medical innovation. Develop and execute strategic field medical plans aligned with Medical Affairs objectives, focusing on initiatives that deliver tangible value to patients, internal teams, and the broader healthcare ecosystem. Champion the dissemination of project outcomes and medical value to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring that innovation reaches patients and the wider healthcare community. Represent Genmab and Medical Affairs at scientific conferences, advisory boards, and external meetings, serving as an ambassador for medical innovation and scientific excellence. Serve as a recognized expert not only in Genmab products but also in relevant therapeutic areas, sharing the latest scientific and clinical insights with HCPs, internal teams, and external customers. Facilitate investigator-initiated research, supporting all stages from proposal to publication, and fostering a culture of scientific inquiry and collaboration. Present scientific and clinical information in a fair and balanced manner, responding to both solicited and unsolicited requests from HCPs, and supporting evidence-based decision-making. Uphold the highest standards of compliance and integrity in all interactions, adhering to corporate policies and industry regulations. Experience & Skills: Bachelor's degree in a scientific and/or medical discipline required; advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent) preferred. 2-5 years of experience in Field Medical, Oncology, or related therapeutic areas preferred. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead and drive collaborative projects with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to advance medical innovation Proven expertise in building and maintaining trust-based relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and a diverse range of external stakeholders in both academic and community settings. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; strong personal integrity and teamwork abilities. Ability to generate and deliver value to both internal and external stakeholders through collaborative medical activities. Ability to provide fair and balanced scientific and clinical information, supporting evidence-based decision-making. Experience in supporting investigator-initiated research from proposal to publication is an advantage. Strong compliance knowledge and adherence to corporate, legal, and industry regulations relevant to interactions with healthcare professionals. Strategic mindset and project management skills, with the ability to develop and execute field medical plans aligned with Medical Affairs objectives. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a highly matrixed, dynamic environment, organizing and prioritizing effectively.
