- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Transformation, Change Management, or Strategy Consulting (Big 4 or top-tier consulting firms preferred).
- Proven track record managing complex change initiatives and delivering measurable client outcomes.
- Deep expertise in change management methodologies, organisational design, business improvement, and strategy development.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at senior levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
