The Job: Develop and run detailed financial model for the mixed-use project with an Asset Management intent Asset development financials, operation revenue and expenses by working closely with asset development team Work with treasury to optimise project structuring (cash flow, hedging, interest rates, debt covenants and tax) Formulate or review commercial terms for contracts to ensure advantageous impact to project cash flow streams and asset financials Market Research and Analysis Ensure a systematic filing process is in place Stakeholder Management Support and provide financial analysis to support commercial decision making. Assist with project pipeline planning and management of pipeline status updates.
