Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Property & Casualty license required (in-progress will be considered if completion date is prior to starting in role)
  • Minimum one year of experience in Commercial Lines marketing or placement
  • Functional knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty lines of coverage and services
  • Capacity to present, communicate and build trust with confidence and expertise
  • Ability to solve practical problems with diverse variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

Benefits

This role offers a national target hourly base pay of $21.00-$25.64, with commissions paid in addition to the hourly rate and targeting an extra 30% of base compensation.
