Responsibilities
- Own the Pipeline: From prospecting to close, you'll manage all activities required to win.
- Hunt for New Business: Proactively prospect for new business through market research, sales tools, and cold outreach.
- Leverage Your Network: Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, especially brokers. We're looking for someone who can leverage a pre-existing rolodex of relationships to generate leads in addition to traditional cold methods.
- Be a PEO Expert: You will be an ambassador for Justworks and its solutions, gaining an intimate and comprehensive knowledge of our product suite to effectively communicate its value proposition to potential customers.
- Advocate for the Customer: Be the voice of our future customers, suggesting innovative ideas to improve the customer experience and advocating for product development internally.
- Expand Your Territory: Research and establish a dominant presence in your assigned territory, developing a strategic plan to connect with the entrepreneurial community.
