Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and consolidate demand forecasts from local markets.
  • Analyze forecast accuracy, demand trends, and planning assumptions; identify risks and opportunities.
  • Monitor inventory levels, highlighting slow-moving, excess, and obsolete stock.
  • Support inventory optimization initiatives to balance customer service and working capital targets.
  • Prepare and distribute standard SIOP reports and dashboards for global and regional review meetings.
  • Provide insights into demand variability, supply constraints, and inventory impacts.
  • Conduct "what-if" analysis and scenario modeling to support supply chain and business decisions.
  • Maintain data integrity in planning tools and ERP systems (Epicor & Microsoft NAVI)
  • Partner with global Inventory Analyst and regional teams to ensure alignment across demand planning, supply planning, and finance.
  • Support continuous improvement of SIOP tools, templates, and processes.
  • What you bring
  • 2+ years of experience in demand forecasting, inventory planning, or supply chain analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP and planning systems (D365, Oracle, or Epicor).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; able to interact in a global environment.
  • Understanding of supply chain principles, forecasting techniques, and inventory optimization.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage large datasets and tight deadlines.

Join the Order Execution team and play a key role in shaping how demand and supply are balanced across the APAC region. In this role, you'll turn complex data into meaningful insights that directly influence forecasting accuracy, inventory optimisation, and business performance. Working in a collaborative, global environment, you'll partner across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams to help deliver smarter decisions, stronger service outcomes, and more efficient use of working capital. The Order Execution Team brings together Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and soon-to-be Inventory to deliver seamless end-to-end supply chain execution across APAC. Operating in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, the team aligns demand and supply to enable strong service performance, operational efficiency, and effective business outcomes.
