About the role

We're looking for an Engineering Leader who can align, structure, and scale our engineering org while staying deeply technical. We're looking to build an org that runs at the speed of physics. You'll: Translate the product roadmap into engineering execution. Drive velocity by parallelizing work and unblocking constraints. Get into the code when it matters.   • Technical depth - Strong coding background, comfortable reviewing and making architecture calls.
  • Velocity mindset - Moves at an extreme pace, unblocks, parallelizes, and accelerates work.
