Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited college of pharmacy Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Pharmacy Preferred
  • Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) in Pharmacy (PharmD) Preferred
  • Pharmacist Iowa Board of Pharmacy (United States of America) within 90 Days Required
  • Experience in a clinical or retail pharmacy setting Preferred

Minimum Hiring Wage: From $32.53 per hour Job Details: Scheduled Hours: 3pm - 11pm, rotating weekend 7am - 7pm Job Description: Dispense drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners and provide information to patients about medications and their use under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. May advise physicians and other health practitioners on the selection, dosage, interactions, and side effects of medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Provides safe and effective pharmaceutical care to customers while working with support staff.
