Specialized Experience at the FP-4 (GS-11) Level: To qualify for this position at the FP-4 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression, FP-5 or GS-9. This experience must be directly related to the work of the position and must have equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the role. Specialized experience includes: assisting with marketing or communications projects by supporting campaign development, tracking data, coordinating tasks, and contributing to contract administration and content review activities under guidance. ~OR~ Ph. D or equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.M. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position. Specialized Experience at the FP-3 (GS-13) Level: To qualify for this position at the FP-3 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression, FP-4 or GS-11. This experience must be directly related to the work of the position and must have equipped you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the role. Specialized experience includes: Experience independently leading complex marketing campaigns, performing full lifecycle contract oversight, applying advanced analytical methods to evaluate and improve marketing strategies, managing multi-team projects, and providing expert guidance on program content and performance. ~OR~ A combination of education and experience ~AND~ Time-in-Grade Requirements: Current or former Federal employees, including Peace Corps employees, must meet applicable Time-in-Grade requirements to be eligible for this position. For positions above the FP-09 (GS-05) level, you must have completed at least one year (52 weeks) at the next lower grade in the normal line of progression for the position to which you are applying.
