Requirements
- 4-7 years experience in education, childcare, family services, community building, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of family needs, child development, and community dynamics.
- Experience building or scaling programs, services, or community-led initiatives.
- Experience working with community leaders or ambassador-type models is a strong plus.
- Comfortable operating across both strategy and hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with parents and families.
- Highly organized with strong execution across multiple locations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
