This position is located at MWR IMCOM Support Office - Training. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Program and administrative experience in child and youth programs. Experience in working with CYS proponents (e.g., regulatory, personnel, funding, marketing, and organizations (e.g., BGCA, 4-H) related to child and youth program functions. Ability to review/evaluate CYS program effectiveness and compliance with benchmark criteria and DoD / Army policies and procedures. Experience in planning and conducting training for child and youth staff. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Program and administrative experience in child and youth programs at Headquarters. Minimum of 2 year work experience as a CYS Coordinator, Program Operations Specialist or Administrator. ***Applicants who meet the minimum qualifications and "Highly Preferred Criteria" will be referred to the selecting official for consideration first.
