Permanent Regular Job Description: The role is a local leadership role responsible for planning and executing traditional marketing strategies that support sales enablement, market penetration, and brand awareness within the country. The role focuses on go-to-market execution, customer communications, and campaign activation, working closely with local sales, product, and digital teams. This role ensures the consistent local deployment of Pluxee's value proposition, adapting global strategies to local market realities, and contributes to business performance through effective marketing execution. Role Objective: Lead the B2B marketing strategy focused on strengthening the value proposition of products and services, driving a more consultative sales approach, and enabling the commercial team to clearly communicate the business benefits and impact that our solutions deliver to enterprise customers. The role will be responsible for developing marketing tools, content, and capabilities that enable the sales force, improve customer conversations, and drive growth through demand generation strategies. This position will manage a team of 3 people and report directly to the CMO - Marketing Director in Colombia. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Design and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with commercial and business objectives. Lead initiatives to strengthen the adoption and communication of the value proposition of products and services. Develop knowledge resources, content, and commercial materials to support the sales team. Implement sales enablement and training initiatives to drive a more consultative sales approach. Create methodologies and resources that help commercial teams connect product features with tangible customer benefits. Partner closely with Sales to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion. Design and execute inbound and outbound lead generation strategies. Lead performance marketing campaigns focused on acquisition and conversion. Support new product and service launches. Monitor and optimize the full marketing funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU). Analyze marketing and commercial metrics to drive data-based decision making. Manage marketing automation tools and AI-powered solutions applied to marketing. Coordinate internal teams and external agencies. 👤 Required Profile: 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing. Experience leading teams for at least 1-2 years. Proven experience in: Product marketing and value proposition development. Demand generation. Performance marketing campaigns. Product launches. Development of commercial materials and sales enablement initiatives. Experience training or working directly with sales teams (desirable). Strong commercial results orientation (sales, pipeline, revenue). Analytical mindset and experience managing KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics. Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms. Experience in industries such as financial services or e-commerce (desirable). Practical knowledge and use of AI tools applied to marketing (mandatory). Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken (mandatory).
