Gartner Conferences is GROWING! We are hiring Planner-level Associates based in our Egham office (hybrid). Our Conferences Operations team works in a COE model to become specialized experts in an element of a large Conference. Our teams are highly collaborative to deliver best in class B2B conferences. A few roles currently open include: Exhibit Operations - responsibility over exhibit operations, service delivery and sponsorship fulfillment for Gartner's destination conferences. Responsible for the development, management and execution of various conference elements relating to exhibits and sponsorship. Content Operations - responsibility for operational delivery of all agenda elements across multiple B2B in-person and virtual conferences including agenda management, capacity management, digital event platform management, financial management and staff planning Logistics - responsible for supporting the development, management and execution of various conference elements relating to logistics and production. One-On-One Meetings - serves as the primary resource to oversee the Gartner One-on-One meeting program and any ad-hoc requests involving Gartner Analysts. The One-on-One Planner is also responsible for calendar management, internal and external customer care, and providing a first-class attendee experience. What will you do for each above role: Supporting the flawless delivery of Conferences while working as part of the global event operations team. Communication and collaboration across Conference Production cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of first-class events and experiences, and awareness of event strategies. Actively participate in the process of reviewing, enhancing and executing event features and programs, analyzing attendee feedback to ensure we are delivering exceptional, relevant event experiences. Follow standard operating procedures in line with the global standards. Be a key member of the global event operations team - build effective relationships with peers in all regions, take and share best practices to continuously raise the level of our events across the world.
