We're looking for a highly organized, people-first coordinator to support our high-volume recruiting efforts. This role is the backbone of our candidate experience - owning the scheduling, logistics, and day-of coordination that make interviews run smoothly. Scheduling & Coordination Own end-to-end interview scheduling (phone, video, and on-site) grade 9 and below roles, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep things moving Maintain the scheduling workbook as the single source of truth - tracking interview coordination details with precision Manage multiple calendars and moving pieces daily with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through Candidate Experience & Logistics Serve as the first point of contact for candidates - greeting on-site visitors, coordinating office tours, and organizing interview-day lunches Arrange candidate travel and process travel reimbursements and expense reports in a timely manner Communicate proactively with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from first touchpoint to final stage Growth & Programs Opportunity to flex into talent acquisition programs and broader TA initiatives as the role evolves and business needs grow
