ROLE: To plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate information technology projects, including the development of policies /procedures for these projects and controlling costs. Essential Functions: Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implem enting information technologies Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategie s, practices, and user projects Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments a nd data center Verifies application results by conducting system aud its of technologies implemented Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating tr ends; anticipating requirements F orecast s requirements; prepar es annual budget; schedul es expenditures; analyz es variances; initiat es corrective action Maintains quality service by establishing and e nforcing organization standards Participates in the elicitation and development of project planning specifications and timeline Follows account PMO procedures and practices Controls and negotiates change and scope of the Project Ensure timelines and milestones are met and maintain integrity of the systems Guide and oversee lifecycle applications development Communicate effectively with stakeholders Manage the day-to-day task assignments, deliverable and schedule completions of all Supplier personnel
