Responsibilities
- You will:
- Monitor sales, salary and workforce plans together with Workforce Management Specialists, challenging and supporting Area teams to meet productivity targets.
- Provide actionable financial insights to improve trading outcomes and support business growth.
- Track and follow up on initiatives to improve sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls and internal processes.
- Act as a business partner to Sales, Expansion and HR, aligning resources with market priorities.
- Support Sales Market leadership with financial evaluations, scenario analysis and cashflow management.
- WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
- You'll collaborate closely with Sales Market leadership, Controlling team, Expansion, HR, Accounting, Work Force Management Specialist. You will work cross- functionally with commercial teams and financial stakeholders to secure aligned planning, strong reporting and relevant decision support.
Requirements

- ~3-5+ years' experience in financial controlling, planning or FP&A; retail or multi‑channel experience is a plus.
