Responsibilities

• Managed end-to-end programme execution, coordinating with customers, production, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Acted as key point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring timely response and issue resolution
• Processed and monitored sales orders, purchase orders, and change requests using ERP system
• Ensured alignment of customer orders, pricing, and system data accuracy
• Monitored inventory levels and coordinated with procurement to resolve material shortages and support production flow
• Tracked shipment schedules and proactively addressed delays or risks
• Prepared operational reports and maintained accurate documentation for audit compliance
• Supported process improvement initiatives and collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and delivery performance

Requirements

• Experienced in manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools for data analysis and tracking
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced production environment
