- Manage budgeted resources by forecasting needs and accounting for expenses accurately.
- Oversee third-party administrators and ensure accountability to internal stakeholders.
- Drive innovation in claims processes to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical expertise and business acumen as a key public interface to develop QBE's profile in the marketplace
- Devise, control, communicate and monitor and QBE claims reserving philosophy to drive forward Claims Handling
- Work Experience:
- Necessary Work Experience includes:
- Moderate relevant experience.
- Preferred Work Experience includes:
- Experience leading an insurance claims function.
- Experience managing or leading others.
- Increasing levels of responsibility.
Requirements
- Necessary Qualifications include:
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute
