Lead efforts to improve team processes, including code quality, testing, and documentation standards. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and fellow engineers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and pragmatic problem-solving.
