Candidates must be board certified in Internal Medicine and board-eligible or board certified in Hematology and Oncology. Eligible to obtain an unrestricted medical license to practice in the State of Wisconsin. Division of Hematology and Oncology The Division of Hematology and Oncology has 82 faculty and 15 fellows and more than 80 advanced practice providers. It also has a dedicated inpatient and ambulatory care facility, an integrated Palliative Care program and close clinical and research interactions with Surgical and Radiation Oncology, the Blood Center of Wisconsin and the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Registry (CIBMTR).
