- Hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques including cloning, vector construction, PCR, DNA purification and gel electrophoresis.
- Experience with mammalian cell culture, ideally including CHO cell culture, transient expression and stable cell line or pool generation.
- Knowledge of fed-batch culture processes and recombinant protein expression workflows.
- Experience with Golden Gate Assembly, Gibson Assembly and molecular biology software such as SnapGene.
- Understanding of expression vector design and genetic regulatory elements such as promoters, enhancers or introns.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaborative skills, with the ability to maintain accurate scientific records and communicate findings effectively.
