About the role

As a Maintenance Planner, you will help drive our goals by: - Implementing and managing preventive, predictive and planned maintenance programmes through the CMMS system. - Scheduling and coordinating maintenance work, including outages and emergency repairs. - Collaborating with Engineering, Operations and Materials & Logistics teams to minimise downtime. - Updating and maintaining maintenance plans, PM procedures and documentation. - Monitoring schedules, identifying risks or delays and communicating updates. - Supporting maintenance readiness through kitting, inventory coordination and safe work permits. Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: - Experience coordinating maintenance activities, PMs and calibration services. - Proficiency with CMMS (MP2 required ; SAP desirable) and Microsoft Excel. - Strong organisation , planning and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - High level of integrity, safety awareness and commitment to improvement. - Initiative, adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
