Events Project Executive

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive event and sales
• Follow up with clients on new enquiry allocated
• Produce detailed proposals for events
• Build good relationship with clients
• Work with contractors/vendors to fulfill event requirement
• Co-ordinate events, perform service recovery
• Oversees project management timelines, details and task executive
• Provide on-site support for assigned events
• Coordinate for events set up
• Ensure smooth operations of events
• Undertake any other ad hoc related duties as assigned
• Able to brainstorm and develop event proposals and presentations
• Experience in wide range events a plus, eg. Exhibitions, Product Launches, roadshow, etc

Requirements

• Candidate possess diploma in event management or O level with 2 years event experience
• Able to work independently
• Able to work under tight deadline
• Creative and outgoing
• Good PC skills
• Problem solver
• Good presentation skill
• Excellent English/Mandarin communication skills
• Able to multi-task and work flexi-hours
