Corporate Risk & Treasury Management is responsible for the advice on- and execution of transactions in the Risk Management Rabobank North America's Global Corporate Clients (GCC) of the Atlanta, Chicago, Mexico City, Toronto and New York offices are serviced as well as its Product Clients (Trade & Commodity Finance, Project Finance, Acquisition Finance), a total of approximately 400 companies. This job will focus on building our extension of the commodity application to our clients throughout the region. Job Responsibilities Responsible and part of coverage for commodity clients in the U.S & Canada for GCC/Product clients for CRTM North America A high level of professional knowledge on commodity hedging alternatives for our client base Working closely together with Relationship managers, & CRTM marketers Marketing with FAR our commodity research expertise and risk management capabilities. Structure appropriate communication with research team to send client trades to clients. Working with trading on comping up with a framework to trade commodities for the bank A high level of professional knowledge - Independently investigates problems, determines approach, compiles and analyses data and prepares reports/recommendations Able to clearly present risk management ideas to our wholesale clients Close cooperation with other Market CRTM team members in North America Your Promise to Us: To be considered for the Commodities Sales role, you must have: Bachelor's Degree 7+ years of experience in commodities sales Intimate familiarity with global markets, structured products, derivatives, accounting, regulations Analytical/Investigative skills to determine unusual or possible suspicious activity regarding account or transaction activity Highly organized with attention to detail to ensure client files are complete to satisfy regulatory requirements Ability to travel regionally up to 50% Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
