Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our Welder Certification application and assessment processes. This position would be ideal for someone who can seamlessly blend administrative excellence with a natural ability to identify business opportunities and promote our services to prospective clients. Detail-oriented and professional, the Welder Certification Officer will a point of contact for enquiries while playing a crucial part in the successful delivery of assessments, while maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of our certification data. Responsibilities
- Responding promptly and professionally to enquiries via email and telephone.
- Assist in managing the delivery of Welder Certification products from technical enquiry through to completed assessments
- Accurately processing assessment paperwork and filing accordingly.
- Managing Welding Surveyor workload and diaries (and associated travel arrangements)
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive materials and data.
