This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, nationally award winning practice that is experiencing exceptional growth. Job Responsibilities Participates in technology and security due diligence engagements for transaction clients. Evaluates components of technology environments to identify transaction risks and considerations. Supports development of diligence analyses and planning deliverables. Assists in preparing client-ready diligence reports and supporting materials. Participates in client meetings and supports transaction discussions as needed.
