Project Manager 6 month contract

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, as per our priorities
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
• Identify risks early and proactively remove blockers
• U.S. GTM Expansion
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to support U.S. market entry and growth
• Align Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations on timelines and deliverables
• Ensure operational readiness (processes, tools, enablement) to support expansion
• Platform Migration Leadership
• Lead the planning and execution of migrating clubs to the new platform
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Services to ensure a seamless transition
• Track migration progress, mitigate risks, and ensure minimal disruption to customers
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, CS, and Leadership
• Drive clarity on ownership, priorities, and dependencies
• Facilitate effective project rituals (kickoffs, standups, retros)
• Process & Systems
• Build and scale project management practices across the organization
• Implement tools and workflows to improve visibility and execution
• Standardize how projects are tracked, documented, and reported
• Communication & Reporting
• Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on project status and risks
• Translate complex initiatives into actionable plans and updates
• Ensure transparency and alignment across teams

Having start-up and SaaS experience is a bonus. This role will play a central part in: Driving our go-to-market (GTM) expansion into the U.S. Leading the migration of clubs to our next-generation platform You'll bring structure to ambiguity, ensure alignment across teams, and drive initiatives from planning through to successful execution. What Success Looks Like Successful and coordinated launch and scaling of U.S. operations Smooth, well-orchestrated migration of clubs to the new platform Strong visibility into project timelines, ownership, and risks Improved cross-functional alignment and execution across key initiatives
