Position Summary In your role as a Quality Conductor, you'll lead weekly review meetings, drive root‑cause analysis, and implement preventive actions to reduce wafer loss and manage SPC/FDC interlock and OCAP 3.0 tracking. You'll also represent the organization in customer and certification audits while conducting internal checks on critical processes. Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Run weekly Quality Review meetings and send highlights in follow-up email -Review and grade department's 8Ds (ALPS, 10WS, 100WI, Official). Assist in root cause analysis and preventive action development. Wafer loss and JAM action tracking -SPC/FDC interlock tracking to drive reduction. OCAP 3.0 (SPC/FDC) Usage/Closure Tracking. Customer/Certification Audit Representative (QCT). Perform internal audits to verify processes affecting product quality (FDC interlock response, bath dosing, BBTs).
