Work Schedule 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Compensation Range $18.00-$20.00/hr plus applicable Shift Differential of $1.50/hr Job Description The Warehouse Associate Level 1 -Grinding is an entry-level manufacturing position responsible for supporting daily grinding and tumbling operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires dependable, safety-oriented individuals willing to perform physically demanding work. Required Years of Experience None required. - Operate grinding and tumbling equipment safely and efficiently. - Handle and move production materials throughout the shift. - Operate forklifts to move materials. - Enter production data into company systems and complete basic reports. - Perform simple arithmetic calculations related to production. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Follow all safety and operational procedures. - Support the Warehouse team as needed. Required Qualifications (Must Have) - Basic computer and math skills. - Strong work ethic and reliable attendance. - Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment. - Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) - High school diploma or GED preferred. - Manufacturing experience. - Forklift experience (training can be provided). - Warehouse or production experience. Physical Requirements - Ability to stand for extended periods. - Ability to lift and move materials regularly. - Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely. - Ability to work around machinery, dust, noise, and moving equipment. - Ability to wear required PPE at all times.
