About the role

Take ownership of sales and CS reporting across the EMEA region - build and maintain dashboards, track pipeline health, and translate data into clear recommendations that help our revenue teams make better decisions, faster. Work closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership to design and improve the processes that keep deals moving and customers retained - from lead handoff to renewal, you will be the person who makes the machine run smoothly. Dig into the numbers that drive our GTM performance - conversion rates, churn signals, expansion trends - and turn your analysis into concrete actions that the wider team can execute on. Take responsibility for the day-to-day health of our CRM (Salesforce) and tooling (CTI & Meeting Intelligence), identifying gaps, driving adoption, and making sure the data our teams rely on is accurate and actionable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CS Operations within a B2B or data-driven organization
  • Strong analytical foundation - proven ability to build reports, interpret GTM performance data, and turn findings into actionable recommendations; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar) is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and tooling; a track record of driving adoption and improving data quality
  • Demonstrated experience identifying process gaps and leading operational improvements across revenue or customer-facing workflows
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence without authority, build trust across functions, and thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environments - bringing structure and calm where there is none.
