About the role

You will step into a standalone role focused on building a controlled online sales setup for licensed brands in an international brand environment. External partners sell products under established brand names, but there is no dedicated structure for marketplaces, brand stores or governance. Your mission is to define how the online go-to-market should work, create the setup, and make sure licensees can sell effectively without compromising brand experience, ownership or access control. You will work closely with stakeholders across Brand, Legal, Finance, Digital, E-commerce, IT and Sales, while owning the area end to end. It is a great opportunity to build a new capability from the ground up and influence both strategy and execution. Job DescriptionYou will map the current online go-to-market environment for licensed brands and identify opportunities, risks and structural constraints. You will assess relevant business models, channels and partner types, and separate real opportunities from noise. You will define the preferred online setup for each brand and present clear recommendations. You will align key stakeholders across Brand, Legal, Digital, E-commerce, IT and Sales on roles and responsibilities. You will lead the practical implementation, including setting up marketplace accounts, building brand stores and establishing operational structures. You will onboard and enable licensees so they can sell within a controlled brand environment with the right access and permissions. You will build and maintain a structured repository for logins, credentials, permissions, process documentation and handover material. You will oversee branded websites operated by licensees and establish governance for traffic routing from official brand domains. You will create a solid handover so the setup can be maintained smoothly over time.
