We are seeking an energetic influencer for our Inside Sales/Call Center poised to help us create opportunities for the Outside Sales Team to assist homeowners in renewing their homes with our expert painting, roofing, siding, windows and garage floor coatings! The Ideal Candidate: Possesses 2+ yrs. Call Center Experience Has Led an Appointment Setting Call Center 1+ yrs. Possesses Natural Leadership and Excellent Phone Skills Follows, trains, and champions a script with ease Measures, interprets, and communicates Call Center metrics with ease Inspects what he or she expects WOWs customers on the phone Promotes the company online Undertakes activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls, generating leads, etc. Works with a sense of urgency to serve clients, other team members, and to generally get the job done! Seeks: $25 per hour, plus pay-for-performance incentives after successful completion of the introductory period 9am-6pm hours Monday-Friday and occasional Saturday work 9am-1pm; when working a Saturday, will have fewer hours during the week; hours change based on changing company needs; this position must cover hours as needed Challenging career with opportunities for advancement Values: Faith, Family and Focus!
