๐Ÿ“ Location: Singapore ๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary: Up to $3,600 (Depending on experience) Job Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling import and export shipment enquiries. Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, customs brokers, warehouses, and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment execution. Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BL), Air Waybills (AWB), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, permits, and customs-related documents. Monitor shipment progress and provide customers with timely updates on shipment status, delivery schedules, and any operational changes. Handle customer enquiries, shipment issues, and service recovery in a professional and timely manner. Prepare freight quotations and follow up on customer enquiries and business opportunities. Coordinate trucking, warehousing, and last-mile delivery arrangements when required. Verify billing accuracy and support invoicing processes. Maintain accurate shipment records and update information in the freight management system. Work closely with operations, sales, overseas offices, and logistics partners to ensure seamless shipment execution. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade requirements, and company procedures. Support continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
