The Senior Solution Analyst - Finance supports the successful delivery of enterprise technology solutions across Gross to Net, COPA (Order to Cash), and Receivables Management (Invoice to Cash). This role works closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into compliant, scalable, and high‑quality solutions. Job Description Your Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead requirements gathering and analysis with Finance business stakeholders across Gross to Net, COPA (O2C), and Receivables Management (I2C) processes Translate business needs into clearly defined functional and technical specifications Design comprehensive end‑to‑end solutions aligned with business objectives and SAP best practices Oversee solution implementation, ensuring delivery meets quality, timeline, and budget commitments Ensure seamless system integration and proactively resolve technical or process dependencies Act as a bridge between business users, IT delivery teams, and external partners to ensure alignment Define and execute testing and quality assurance activities to validate business outcomes Ensure compliance with regulatory, GxP, SOP, and data integrity requirements throughout the solution lifecycle KPI: Timely and compliant delivery of Gross to Net, COPA, and Receivables solutions meeting agreed business requirements What you'll bring to the role: Essential Requirements: University degree, preferably in Technology, IT, or a related discipline Minimum 8 years of experience in Technology roles within complex, enterprise environments Strong SAP experience, particularly within Finance, O2C, I2C, and reporting processes Proven experience in business requirements analysis and solution definition Demonstrated expertise in designing scalable and sustainable technology solutions Experience managing or supporting end‑to‑end solution implementation lifecycles Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance practices Experience working within regulated environments with exposure to GxP and compliance standards Essential skills: Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver structured solutions in complex Finance landscapes Languages: English (business fluent) Desirable Requirements: Experience supporting Gross to Net, COPA, or Receivables Management processes in life sciences or pharmaceuticals Exposure to global transformation or large‑scale SAP programs You'll receive: A competitive benefits package including flexible hybrid working arrangements, continuous learning and development opportunities, and exposure to complex global Finance transformation initiatives.
