Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist for its client based in Hereford.
What will your responsibilities be?
Work as part of a wider Occupational Therapy team supporting a diverse service user group across rural, town, village, and city settings
Supervise a small group of Occupational Therapy staff while maintaining a small caseload of complex cases
Handle daily referral enquiries and participate in regular stakeholder meetings
Undertake audits and contribute to service development and quality assurance
Mentor staff and students, manage performance, and uphold professional and organisational standards
Champion key specialisms such as Moving and Handling, Adaptations, Technology Enabled Living, and Community Equipment Store clinical leadership
