About the role

We are seeking an experienced, talented, and passionate Service Manager to lead our dynamic, fast-paced, and growing young people's drug, alcohol, and sexual health service. Responsibilities

  • To Succeed in This Role, You'll Need:
  • A relevant professional qualification in health, social care, or a related field.
  • Experience delivering models of care to young people, children, and families affected by substance misuse.
  • A proven track record of leadership, staff management, and delivering high-quality services.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and service users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and shape effective service strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of the substance misuse sector and the wider health and social care landscape.

Service Manager Location: Lewisham, London Working Hours: 37 hours Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £35,920.00 - £51,640.00 per annum Please note: The salary listed reflects the full earning potential for this role.
