- 3 + years of HR generalist / HR operations experienceKnowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrityAbility to work from Noida office 2-3 times per week
- Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environmentHands-on experience with HR software (Rippling)
