JOB DETAILS Day Shift: Mon- Thursday 5a - 3:30p Pay starting at $21.50 per hour DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Harvey Spray Painter is responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint or coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes on products, equipment, or structures. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of painting equipment, and adherence to safety and environmental regulations. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, or priming. Mix paints, coatings, and materials according to specifications and product requirements. Operate spray guns, booths, and related painting equipment safely and efficiently. Apply paint or coatings evenly to achieve a high-quality, durable finish. Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and consistency. Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and paint booths. Follow all safety protocols, including use of PPE and ventilation systems. Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of paints, chemicals, and hazardous materials. Keep accurate records of materials used and jobs completed. Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors. Additional overtime as required with notice, typically limited to Monday-Friday Required Qualifications and Skills: Being able to work as needed in a group and individual setting Ability to visually inspect parts and distinguish between conforming and nonconforming parts per guidelines Ability to make decisions by self and support with documentation Effective written and verbal communication skills with team members, departments, and vendors Strong organization skills Ability to multi-task and manage stressful situations Able to prioritize tasks in an efficient manner in order to meet deadlines Ability to perform mathematical calculations as necessary Strong commitment toward quality, safety, and continuous improvement Preferred: Knowledge of Window Quality specifications Preferred: Knowledge of Home Construction Education & Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 2 - 5 years Quality/MFG experience in a non-electronics/non-food setting Experience using Measuring Equipment (Tape Measure and Calipers required) Basic knowledge in use of inspection equipment and reading technical drawings Basic knowledge of quality systems and tolerances (+/-, passible defects, etc) Strong aptitude in process improvement and problem solving Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) Must be able to read, write, and speak English at an intermediate level Site Address: 30 Jacks Bridge Rd., Londonderry, NH 03053 Why work for Cornerstone Building Brands?
