5 days' Work Week; Mondays to Fridays Transport provided from Lakeside MRT Great learning opportunities An established manufacturer of contract lubricant is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the growing team! Job Responsibilities: Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely system updates. Coordinate with customers, forwarders, and transporters to ensure smooth delivery and shipment arrangements. Follow up on delivery orders, shipping documentation, and shipment completion status. Monitor and update daily logistics activities, including outgoing goods and vessel/container schedules. Plan and maintain shipping schedules, including tank truck loading schedules and time slot bookings. Prepare and issue logistics-related documents such as cargo tally sheets, labels, and blending instructions. Track shipment progress and provide customers with delivery updates and shipment photos where required. Support the logistics team with administrative coordination and other ad-ho coperational duties as assigned.
