About Marvell Marvell's semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities. At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead. Your Team, Your Impact Marvell Technology, Inc. is a data infrastructure semiconductor solutions provider principally engaged in delivering the technology that connects the world. By leveraging core competencies in advanced analog circuit design, digital signal processing (DSP), and advanced packaging technologies, Marvell's Connectivity BU develops industry-leading products - including PAM4 optical digital signal processors (ODSPs), Active Electrical Cable (AEC) transceivers, and PCIe/CXL Retimers - that power the interconnects inside the world's cloud and AI data centers at speeds from 100G to 1.6T per port. The Hardware Design & Silicon Validation team in Vietnam is a growing, high-impact engineering organization responsible for end-to-end post-silicon validation of Marvell's Connectivity products. We operate a fully equipped validation lab and advanced instrumentation, and we work closely with design, DSP, firmware, application engineering, and qualification teams. As part of this team, you will own real product validation activities - from silicon bring-up through mass production readiness - on some of the most advanced semiconductor products in the industry. What You Can Expect Plan, set up, and execute post-silicon validation covering key functional areas such as Functionality, Performance, Compliance, Robustness, Interoperability, Power, and PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature) validation across product silicon milestones. Validate high-speed SerDes and DSP-based connectivity products, including characterization of key parameters such as FLL/PLL, TX/RX signal quality, AVS (Adaptive Voltage Scaling), FEC, BER margin, and link behavior across PVT corners. Perform interoperability and compliance validation for high-speed interfaces (PAM4 optical, AEC copper, PCIe/CXL) following applicable industry standards (IEEE 802.3, OIF CEI, PCI-SIG). Drive silicon bring-up, chip screening, and engineering sample validation on EVB platforms; work closely with hardware design and firmware teams during the early bring-up phase. Develop and maintain automated test scripts, validation frameworks, and regression flows (Python/Jenkins) to improve test coverage, reduce validation cycle time, and enable continuous firmware quality monitoring. Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital Design, DSP, Analog, Firmware, Qualification, AE, and FA teams globally to investigate and resolve silicon issues and drive program milestones. Author validation plans, test reports, and application collaterals; maintain issue trackers and archive results in the centralized engineering database. At senior levels: lead a validation domain or product program, mentor junior engineers, define methodology and best practices, drive cross-site alignment, and contribute to team capability planning.
