Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2+ years of directly related administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
- Experience with EMR systems, training records, auditing, policy development and implementation, and configuration management.
- Knowledge of hospital medical records systems, documentation standards, records management practices, quality assurance, and confidentiality requirements.
- Ability to use independent judgment to plan, prioritize, organize, and complete a varied workload with minimal supervision.
- Ability to obtain a base security clearance; ability to relocate to Doha, Qatar; valid passport from Country of Record required before relocation and must be maintained during assignment.
- Preferred
- Background in clinical settings and experience in an accredited healthcare organization highly desired.
- RHIT or CPEHR certification, degree in healthcare or a related field, and knowledge of current Joint Commission, ISO, and NCQA/PCMH standards preferred.
