About the role
To assist the Principal Recruiter in an assigned Human Resource sub-function such as Recruitment. General Responsibilities : Provides functional support in the assigned sub-function, including but not limited to: Recruitment Perform end-to-end activities in the pre-onboarding process: Conducts phone screening Facilitates and monitors background checks and pre-employment requirements of candidates. Participates in other sourcing strategies such as joining job fairs and offsite events. Reporting and Analytics May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions, including but not limited to subfunctions within HR Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Educational Background: College graduate preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
- Professional Experience: Fresh grad or preferably with relevant work experience.
- Must possess analytical skills and customer focus.
- Good oral and written communication skills for business correspondences
- Must be flexible with working schedules, depending on business need.
- Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
- Amenable to working in a hybrid setup on a shifting schedule
