Provide guidance and coaching on HR-related matters including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and engagement. Build strong working relationships with regional operations leaders and Central Support employees. Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with recruiting partners. Lead and support investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes while maintaining a fair and consistent approach. Monitor HR metrics (turnover, engagement, retention) and use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Lead and support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and systems. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across assigned region. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required); HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-site HRBP or regional HR role. Experience working in healthcare, veterinary medicine, or other clinical environments strongly preferred. Proven ability to build relationships with leaders and employees at all levels. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills. High degree of emotional intelligence, empathy, and adaptability.
