Requirements

Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Requires compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines. Role and Responsibilities Here's what you'll be responsible for: Preventative Maintenance (PM)/Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: Follows standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/ processes/systems are running effectively. Troubleshooting: Conducts failure analysis and follows scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures. Monitor Equipment/Process: Monitors equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes. Working collaboratively on a dynamic team. -
