Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes, and integrations.

  • Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-8 years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience in ServiceNow platform customization and administration.
  • Hands-on experience with: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Notifications, ACLs
  • Experience in REST and SOAP web services integrations.
  • Understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping concepts.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Additional certifications in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, or SPM are advantageous.
  • Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and IT infrastructure concepts.
