Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes, and integrations.

- Required Skills & Experience
- 3-8 years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience in ServiceNow platform customization and administration.
- Hands-on experience with: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Notifications, ACLs
- Experience in REST and SOAP web services integrations.
- Understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping concepts.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Additional certifications in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, or SPM are advantageous.
- Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and IT infrastructure concepts.
