A Day in the Life The Foodservice Worker Level 1 (FSW) may fulfill any of the following roles: Cashier Meal Service Attendant Trayline attendant Food Preparation Utility-Dishroom Nutrition Assistant Patient Ambassador Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
