Job Title: Adult Social Worker - Hospital Team Location: Wiltshire Pay Rate: £35 per hour Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join a Hospital Team based in Wiltshire. The Hospital team provide crucial advice, assessments, and discharge planning, ensuring safe and timely transfers of care through a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach. As a key team member, you'll conduct complex assessments, serve as an Investigating Officer in safeguarding cases, and apply expertise in the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and the Care Act 2014.
