Operations Team Leader - Nights

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience, including picking and packing and loading vehicles
• Experience supervising 5 or more staff to meet deadlines and keep consistent productivity through out shift.
• Confident use of IT software packages
• Understanding of manual handling and basic Health & Safety requirements
• A FLT licence with 12 months experience using it

In this role, you'll support the Shift Manager in making sure our customers and business needs are met by overseeing product movements, maintaining high service standards, and helping to develop a strong and effective team. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys leading by example, keeping things running smoothly, and working in a fast-paced environment where safety and service really matter.
