About the role

We are hiring our first dedicated Sales Operations Manager. This is a builder role, not a reporting-only role. You will own sales systems, data integrity, process design, and automation to support a growing GTM team. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure clean pipeline operations, accurate forecasting, and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single source of truth for GTM data

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales Operations, RevOps, or similar
  • Deep experience with HubSpot
  • Strong analytical and process design skills
  • Ability to build from scratch in an early-stage environment
